Presenters: Data projectors with computers will be provided in all of the parallel session rooms. We recommend that you bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick. In addition, your presentation will need to be saved with the file suffix '.ppt', not '.pptx'. The computers in the presentation rooms will not 'recognize' a PowerPoint presentation saved in the 2007 format (.pptx).
Internet Access at the Conference Venue
Wireless Internet access is available at the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center. Although this is free of charge and no password is required, you will need to bring you own laptop – computers are not available for Internet access.
Transportation to/from Washington, D.C. Airports (Metro rail)
Public transportation is available from the airports in the Washington D.C. area to Catholic University of America.
From Reagan National Airport (about 45 minutes/$3.00-$5.00 US) Take the Metro Yellow line (toward Fort Trotten) to the Gallery Place stop; transfer to the Red line (towards Glenmont) to the Catholic University of America (CUA)/Brookland stop. If you are staying at one of the Conference hotels, continue on the Red line to the Silver Spring stop. From the Silver Spring Station, you may take a 5-minute taxi to either Conference hotel, or take bus to either Conference hotel.
From Dulles International Airport (about 35 minutes/$3.00-$5.00 US)
Follow the signs for the Shuttle to the Metro Station. Take the Shuttle to the Metro Station (Rosslyn). At the Metro Station, take the Orange line (toward New Carrollton) to the Metro Center stop; transfer to the Red line (towards Glenmont) to the Catholic University of America (CUA)/Brookland stop. If you are staying at one of the Conference hotels, continue on the Red line to the Silver Spring stop. From the Silver Spring Station, you may take a 5-minute taxi (about $7.00 US) to either Conference hotel, or take bus to either Conference hotel.
From Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (about 90 minutes/$3.00-$5.00 US)
Follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Take Bus B30 to the Green Belt Metro Station. (The bus only goes one-way and this is its only stop. The bus runs from 6:58 a.m. to 10:50 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 9:38 a.m. to 10:50 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.) Take the Green Belt (toward Branch Ave.) to the Fort Trotten stop; transfer to the Red line (towards Shady Grove) to the Catholic University of America (CUA)/Brookland stop. If you are staying at one of the Conference hotels, continue on the Red line to the Silver Spring stop. From the Silver Spring Station, you may take a 5-minute taxi (about $7.00 US) to either Conference hotel, or take bus to either Conference hotel.

Transportation from the Silver Spring Metro Stop Station to Conference Hotels
Saturday and Sunday
During the weekend, take the Route 70 bus from the Silver Spring Station to the Georgia Avenue and 13th Street stop. The Georgia Avenue and 13th Street stop is about a 5-minute bus ride from the Silver Spring Station. Please refer to the ‘Saturday Southbound’, ‘Sunday Southbound’ and ‘Weekday Southbound’ sections of the schedule at this link

Take the Route 28 bus from the Silver Spring Station to the Georgia Avenue and 13th Street stop. The Georgia Avenue and 13th Street stop is about a 5-minute bus ride from the Silver Spring Station.
